Divorce is ROT.
If you don’t fall in love at first sight with your piece, no problem — you can break up gracefully. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. No judgment, no existential crisis. Just a simple and (almost) painless procedure.

Email us at info@rot.house including:
– your order number
– the item you wish to return or exchange
– your preference: refund or exchange (size/color)

We’ll reply with the return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send the new piece.

Note: returns are completely free of charge.

We only accept items that are:
– not worn, not washed, not altered
– with original tags and packaging

Pieces that are damaged or overly lived-in can’t be returned. ROT loves passion — and even foundation stains — but we can’t resell a silk dress you tore apart while dancing at a rave.

Need a different size or color? No drama. If available, your new piece will ship as soon as we receive your return. Alternatively, you can request a refund and place a new order.

Once your item is back and passes quality control, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
